If you like design, you will like the National Design Center, similar to the Red Spot Design, except that the Red Spot Museum is closed and there is a shop on the first floor where you can buy locally designed products. There is an exhibition on the second floor about Singapore's design history.
There are revolving exhibits here all centred around design in the National Design Centre that is located in the centre of Singapore's arts district in Bras Basah, showcasing the best of Singapore inspired design. There are also several design companies located on the higher floors. Worth checking out is Ling Wu, a local Singaporean brand that produces bags that are created from premium leathers and skins. Hong Kong culture and lifestyle store, Kapok, has also opened an outpost on the first floor which features a curated collections of lifestyle, design and fashion products.
The National Design Center is worth visiting, especially for children.
A place full of creativity and wisdom is very unique.
Singapore attaches great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship, as can be seen in the design center.
