Highlight - Animal Feeding (pre-book at least 3 weeks in advance to secure a spot)
With SRV, the Singapore Zoo has been our family go to spot to bring our kids for many weekends. We secured our animal feeding spot 3 weeks in advance to make sure we were able to feed the Rhinoceros and giraffe 🦒. we were provided with carrots 🥕 to feed giraffe and rock melon to feed the rhinoceros. Each feeding session cost $5 and all proceeds will help to fund wildlife conservation efforts in the region. Do note that the session is always fully book and you have to secure it early. Our kids love it and I highly recommend this.
However, if you are planning to bring your child to the water play area, do not that the area is closed due to Safe Management Measures.
Apart from animal feeding, a visit to the white tiger, elephants and all other animals would definitely make the trip to Zoo enjoyable and memorable for the whole family.
The size of the Singapore Zoo is really large, and the animal species are extremely rich. There are more than 300 species of more than 300 species from around the world. There are also various animal performances in the park. It is a good time to visit.
But I am guided by the principle of doing more than chewing, focusing on reptiles and primates that are not well-known to children (also the essence and advantage of the Singapore Zoo), leaving the children to explain and The observation time is more, the rhythm is slower, so we only walked more than half of the park in one day, and only saw one of the four performances, but the children have already felt extra enriched.
Before entering the park, you must study the map on the guide, design a reasonable tour route according to the performance time, take less detours, and find out the most important areas of your child's most important visits, make full use of the day. time. The
99 SGD Multi-Garden Package includes an unlimited number of rides for park guides. There are a total of 4 stops, which you can use to commute, saving energy and time.

JOJO’s wonderful trip
Singapore Zoo The Singapore Zoo is one of the top ten zoos in the world. It covers an area of 28 hectares and contains more than 300 species of mammals, birds and reptiles, totaling more than 3,000. Among the top zoos around the world, although they are not the largest in the area, they are not the most animals, but they are the most enjoyable animals. Singapore Zoo adopts a fully open concept, which not only provides animals with sufficient living space and environment similar to wild habitats, but also uses natural barriers such as rivers, lakes and tropical forests instead of fences, so that visitors can be protected from iron cages. The fence of the iron column is clear, and all kinds of animals can live a free life in a comfortable environment without human barriers. People and animals live here harmoniously.
Besides the territory of many animals, there are dedicated staff to provide visitors with feeding services. Just spend a few extra dollars, you can put the banana into the mouth of the white rhinoceros, or hand the vegetables to the giraffe, to feel the gratitude of the tall guy.
If you bring children to the zoo to play, don't forget to bring them a swimsuit! In the Singapore Zoo, Rainforest Kidzworld, a rainforest children's playground with the theme of animal wonders, enjoys a splash of water in the water park, where kids can go crazy for a whole day!
Singapore Zoo is located on
Mandai Lake Road in the northern part of the city. It features a fascinating
collection of wildlife from around the world. In addition to the sorts of
animals you expect to find in a zoo, the Singapore Zoo houses rare species such
as orangutans, Malayan tapirs, proboscis monkeys, and Bengal white tigers.
There are also many birds, insects, and reptiles, 21% of which are classified
as endangered species. The zoo uses a more humane method of separating
wildlife using natural barriers to create distinctive habitats. You can
explore on a tour bus or just leisurely stroll around. Be sure to enjoy the
wonderful performances of the sea lions and elephants. There is also a
petting zoo for kids where they can feed smaller animals, and a rainforest
park. Kids can play in the zoo’s waterpark or just enjoy a day filled with
fun and exciting animal encounters. Business hours: Monday-Sunday
08:30-18:00. Average price per person: SG$35
Singapore Zoo has some of the best in-zoo animal habitats in the world. A fully open model replaces fences with natural barriers in order to create a natural living environment for the animals. In addition to all kinds of normal zoo animals, the Singapore Zoo also has a number of the world's rare and endangered animal species such as orangutans, Malayan tapirs, bekantan monkeys (long-nosed monkeys), and white Bengal tigers.
