Songzi

Songzi is situated in the southwest region of Hubei Province, on the southern bank of the Yangtze River. The Songzi landscape has mountains to its west, and a plain to its north. The Weishui Scenic Area is centered around a man-made lake formed by the construction of a reservoir, and is surrounded by forests and caves. Songzi has many hot springs containing natural sulfur, which together with the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, Jingzhou Ancient City, and Zhangjiajie make up the “Golden Triangle” of tourism here.
