"Croatia: A Beautiful Journey Through Time"
Alright, let me help you polish your travel guide to make it more lively and interesting.
First, we come to Dubrovnik in Croatia. This city is surrounded by magnificent city walls, and the narrow streets and ancient buildings in the city make you feel as if you have traveled to the Middle Ages. Imagine walking on the city wall, overlooking the entire city, the feeling is simply wonderful!
Next, we come to Zagreb. As the capital of Croatia, Zagreb has a rich history and cultural heritage. Walking on the old streets, admiring the exquisite buildings and artworks, it feels like being in a dream world.
Split is also a place not to be missed. This city has beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage. Walking in the old town, passing through narrow streets, admiring the charming buildings and decorations, it is fascinating.
If you want to experience some different attractions, then Hvar Island, Zadar, Rovinj and Plitvice Lakes National Park are good choices. These places have unique historical and cultural backgrounds, allowing people to have a deeper understanding of the local customs of Croatia.
Finally, if you want to make your trip smoother, you can refer to some travel guides. These guides will provide some useful information and suggestions to make your trip smoother and happier. Whether you like history, culture or natural scenery, Croatia can meet your needs. So, come and join this beautiful country!
In Croatia, you can try some local dishes, such as grilled fish and potato stewed beef. Croatian grilled fish is very fresh, after several hours of slow roasting, the fish is tender and juicy, and it is even more delicious with wine. In addition, Croatian potato stewed beef is also very famous. It is made by slow stewing potatoes, beef, spices and red wine. The taste is rich and it is very suitable to be eaten with rice. If you like desserts, you can try Croatian chocolate cake. It is made of rich chocolate, vanilla and cream. The taste is silky and delicate, very delicious.
Hvar day trip
Getting There - ferry: from Split to Hvar
Attractions - Fortica Fortress (Tvrđava Fortica)
Food & Restaurants - kava37 | Specialty Coffee Shop Hvar
I stayed in Spilt and took a day trip to Hvar. Some of the tourists would go island hopping to several islands near Split and Dubrovnik. You can get the ferry ticket at the harbour. The return ticket is 240 KN (one way is 120 KN).
The coffee shop is truly amazing that I recommend anyone who loves specialty coffee should’ve try it!
Hvar - Off the Beaten Path
Hvar is a well know Croatian Island right off the coast of Split. It has been inhabited for thousands of years, with its old city ‘Stari Grad’ celebrating its 2400 birthday as a town.
🏔Maybe people will flock to the party town of Hvar and sit at the hotels in front of a pool, but if you take the extra effort you could find some magical views. The little abandoned village of Malo Grablje sits on top of the Hvar mountain and has some gorgeous views of the north and south side of the island. I would recommend getting electric bikes if you are a beginner and cycle to the top.
🌿 Hvar is also known as the lavender island with fields planted on the mountains of Hvar. The resemble Thai mountain fields but with lava Dee. some of them are deserted and have turned into forest which makes it even for enchanting.
All in all, you can’t go wrong with a bike ride around the island and especially on the mountain tops. Highly recommend for any nature lovers. 😁😁

Secret Fairytale Village: Vrboska
The island of Hvar in Croatia. Many people have heard of it and most people end up in Stari Grad or Hvar town when visiting the island. But off the beaten path, lies a charming fishing village popular with yachts and off road bikers
🐠 Fresh Food - The sea food restaurants are a must sea. Places like Trica Gardelin, Luka’s Konoba, Mediterranean, Vrboscam, and Bonaca use freshly caught fish caught in the morning. they prepare it in the local style and you can definitely taste the freshness. If you wake up early enough you can also buy fish off the boats yourself.
🚴♂️bike trails and running trails along the coast cut through vineyards for an amazing experience. bike and boat rentals are possible through B&B rentals service company
🏖Soline beach is a must see and very child friendly. For a more romantic getaway try one of the many secluded coves along the coast. Zecevo island is a 20 minute boat ride away, with a restaurant. The water there is crystal clear and not a lot of people know about it. Food and drinks can be ordered.
In Conclusion: Great place to visit for a couple of days as there are many out door activities to check out. Hidden from the crowds of tourists a great place to enjoy nature. Apartments can be rented out or the 4 star ⭐️ Senses Resort.

gorgeous walkable city in Croatia
Split has the best of both worlds when it comes to holiday destination. Perfect beaches for relaxed days spent by the sea, huge shopping mall (mall of split) if you want to buy anything and a picturesque old town perfect for lazy afternoon strolls. Game of Throws was filmed in some locations too
[Traveling around Eastern Europe] Split
Staying overnight in the small island of Kokhola, the hometown of Marco Polo, along the idyllic Adriatic coast, through the Ston wall, which resembles the Great Wall and Europe's second longest, has a long history. The ancient city of Split. The
Split Old Town building has a distinct Roman style, as it was once the residence of a Roman emperor. At the beginning of the fourth century AD, the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who pioneered the reunification of the four emperors, retired from the pastoral area and concentrated on planting cabbage. The Diocletian's Palace in which he lived became the basis of the future city of Split. Diocletian has been retiring in the palace, even if everyone asks him to re-enter the emperor, he will not be moved until he finally died here.
With the travels around the country, I gradually learned about several Roman emperors with unique personality, in addition to Caesar and his successor Octavian who are closely related to Egypt, and many footprints in Turkey. Hadrian, the gay emperor, today met the Diocletian who took the initiative to abdicate to grow vegetables.
Split is the historic city of the Republic of Croatia, the second largest city in Croatia, the capital of Split-Dalmatia County, the largest seaport in Dalmatia, a health resort and a tourist destination. The center of the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic Sea, on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea, consists of a central peninsula and the surrounding coast, and the urban area also includes many small towns along the coast. Split is also a transportation hub on the east coast of the Adriatic Sea. It has direct access to the Adriatic Islands and the Apennines, and is one of the most famous tourist destinations in South Eastern Europe. Split is one of the oldest cities in the region and generally considers the history of the city to exceed 1

The Charm of Split Old Town@Dalmatia, Croatia
Split is the second largest city of Croatia after Zagreb where this Old Town is protected under UNESCO World Heritage. Exploring Diocletian’s Palace is a must to do in Split particularly the Cellars(Podrumi) one can find lots of souvenir shops underneath. Continue to stroll around the People’s Square(Pjaca) and the narrow side streets will lead you to many trendy stores, cafes, restaurants and bars; something you won’t wanna missed for sure😁.

The night view of Split is very romantic and enchanting, with the beautiful sunset and the city's historic buildings blending together.
Split is an important port city in Croatia, scattered with ancient Roman ruins and medieval buildings.
In particular, the Diocletian's Palace, a major attraction in Split, boasts especially beautiful night views during sunset.
The sunset against the backdrop of the palace is spectacular, and the various landscapes made up of the city's alleyways and stone walls create an even more romantic atmosphere.
The coastal and harbor areas of Split are lively and beautiful even at night.
Restaurants, bars, cafes, and exotic lighting make the city's nightlife more glamorous.
The night view of Split will be a very impressive experience for visitors.
Diocletian’s Palace Split 🇭🇷
#thingstodo
Split is one of my favourite city in Europe and this place is also one of the famous places for summer. In the last summer holiday, I have been split , which is a city in Croatia. I really like the Diocletian’s palace especially, this located in the old town of split and the architecture of inside is amazing. It is an ancient palace built for the Roman emperor and there’s some soldiers that you can take picture with them to leave a memory. Those buildings are unique and the structure is fascinating for me. They are built from the lustrous white stone and that’s why they are really special!

Brela Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
#freehotelstay brela hotel in croatia - attractive prices with top notch service#top Why Brela? Because the coast - pebble beaches and one of them - Punta Rata - is recognized by Forbes magazine as the cleanest beach in Europe and ranked sixth in the ranking of the ten cleanest beaches on the planet. Because it is a compact and sparsely populated village, as they wrote on the tourist site of Croatia (for those naive like me) with a population of less than two thousand people. Because the Biokovo National Nature Park is nearby with the second highest peak in Croatia. Because there is another nature reserve nearby with waterfalls on the Krka River. Because the pines and the sea!
#hotelstaycation Makarska Riviera Bluesun Hotel Maestral #bluesun hotel Hi all! The hotel is good, for the money that you pay you will not regret a single drop. My husband and I chose for a long time both the country and the hotel-Croatia, just a paradise, for those who prioritize nature, clear sea and beach. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, even without knowing the language they try to somehow help in any matter. The food is delicious, we ate every day, there is a choice, if you do not eat lobster and black caviar you will be satisfied. All winter we warmed ourselves with memories of a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Croatia and the Maestral Hotel for the warm welcome.
