STHLM TAPAS Vasastan

I was very excited to try this restaurant, it looked so cozy online and I made a reservation long in advance. Unfortunately we were not allowed to sit in the cozy restaurant area even though there were plenty of tables free when we arrived, we were given the choice of looking at the beer kegs or sitting close to the door and freezing all evening. We were told that a lot of bookings would arrive soon and there was no space for us. This felt very insulting as we had booked. Advice - if you turn people away from empty tables in a cozy restaurant and force them to sit by a breezy door they will be insulted and not come back no matter how ok the food was (just ok, I&#39;ve had better tapas).

Excellent food, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the chef and cooks are excellent. The fresh pasta dishes were unbelievable. We&#39;ll definitely be back.

As an Asian who has eaten a lot of Japanese food in my life, I can tell you that this is the greatest Japanese meal in Stockholm.

Our hotel Blique by Nobis recommended this restaurant for somewhere quick and easy to eat on our first night. The staff were very friendly especially the lady waitress, service was prompt, professional and respectful of our space. The food was divine and portions enormous, take your appetite. We had to take a doggy bag back to the hotel. It was expensive for British prices but not gor Swedish prices. I would definitely go again.

Food was really good. In fact one of the best Indian food i had in Stockholm. But service could be better. People at the restaurant were not that professional.

It took a long time to get our plates and the food was disappointing. I would not recommend.
