wow i <3 it wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
i'm a big fan of museums that display "things" instead of paintings, so I really liked the Royal Armoury. This is where they keep medieval armours, queens and kings's dresses and robes, including baby royal members. You get a lot of detail on what people wore and how they wore it.They also have a display of Royal coaches. If you have a Royal Palace ticket, you get 50% off on the Royal Armoury ticket.
Beneath the Royal Palace, Livrustkammaren (Royal Armoury) is Sweden's oldest museum, established in 1628. It isn't the Louvre, so a visit shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, unless you have a special interest in the history of the Swedish Royalty and their military campaigns. Some of the artefacts on display, particularly the Royal Carriages and their steeds, are really impressive.
