我们的晚餐，便在一楼Vanitas餐厅享用。这里主打意餐，橄榄茴香渍鱿鱼、主菜轻煎鮟鱇鱼都是餐厅最得意的菜品，非常适合春季食用，也是迪拜最难得的清爽新鲜。小食薄脆配鹰嘴豆酱，开胃菜的奶酪果冻，主菜的鮟鱇鱼肉、经典意大利面，以及随着热咖啡徐徐绽放的香浓巧克力球，均相当精彩。
