The reviews of this store are very good, and I see that the reviews are very credible commentators, so I don't know if this store is right. In fact, this store is better than what the reviews say, so I am very satisfied with this place. The meal was creative and, although mostly grilled, was innovative and delicious. The price of the meal was not cheap, but the optional dishes and wine were very good and the experience was great. The dinner experience was very good. Wine is very expensive but the optional wines are very good and the service is great.
Firedoor, a popular western restaurant in Sydney, is a steak for every table. The service is very thoughtful, because it just happens to be toothache, specially serving the waiter's instructions, so it is very intimate to cut into pieces, tender meat.
Firedoor is a special feature of different wood to cook. The restaurant selects the freshest seasonal ingredients, and cooks them with different wood and carbon fires, making the ingredients a unique wood fragrance on the basis of the original flavor. Roast beef on grape vines, European chestnuts on apple trees, mushrooms on small maple trees... Firedoor wood is more like a seasoning. Before coming here, it was hard to imagine blending nature into the city's bustling atmosphere and savoring the yummy flavors of raw wood. A steak is a must.
