I was initially panicked about the amount of peppers on my plate, but the appearance of the food may have deceived you. The spicy taste of the dish did not spicy me. Spice temple，Rockpool旗下的主打川湘贵style融合中国菜的餐厅，基本每年都有一顶帽子。出于好奇心过来尝尝，也算是拔过草了，但肯定不会再去第二次。大多菜都属于学到了皮毛但完全领会不到精髓的洋人中国菜，有型无神。虾饺形状完美，而且刚好是一口一个的大小，正当我想要感叹这厨师挺厉害啊，连最传统的尺寸都掌握了的时候，一入口就觉得不对劲，要么薯粉放少了要么水放多了，饺皮过于霉软没韧性，内陷也不爽口，调味还OK，除了外形和内陷调味其他全部失败。炸茄子调味酸到吃其它东西都变成酸的了，吃其他菜前必须先喝水漱口，否则酸味在口腔里久久徘徊...避风塘鲜鱿过关。炒面用的公仔面炒的，一口就能吃出来，肉是午餐肉，盘底全是油，不知说啥好...水煮鱼用的flathead，但不管你用的什么鱼，这道菜估计连皮毛都学不会，鱼肉厚切，却没有经过最简单的腌制，既不入味又柴又老，鱼肉中间完全没味道，鱼肉表面也几乎没有花椒和干红辣椒的味道，作为其中一款signature dish在我眼里是今晚最大的雷...辣子鸡，有了前面那道惊天大雷，后面只要不太难吃我都感觉很满意了...
