$220 AUD per head. Loved most of the dishes except the most famous ocean trout, it was large in size but the seasoning was too salty for our liking. The chocolate cake was incredibly delicious!

The coral trout signature dish is amazing.
An institution! Goes without saying that the food is exceptional but what really stood out was the superb service! A class above any other degustation I've had in Sydney yet.
Slightly disappointed with the degustation, the price is probably not that worth it when compared to other restaurants such as Quay, but heavenly ocean trout!!!
I have had degustation menus all over the world. This is the best. The wine pairing is the worlds best and hats off to the sommelier.
The chilled pea soup with bitter chocolate is... Not for Everyone. But persevere the other dishes rock!
A place I just really really want to go! But book early for dinner - at least 4 months early!
