    Building

It is such a shame that a wonderful building is ruined by a shopping complex. Stop using heritage building for commercial gain.

    Impressive building

Many up market shops are housed here - in remembrance of Queen Victoria - with her statue watching over the area.

Introduction

Queen Victoria Building, abbreviated as QVB, was completed in 1898. It is dome-shaped, a Roman style structure, and has been used as an office building and market for a long time. Located on the west side of Sydney Hyde Park, it is very close to Sydney Town Hall and Sydney Library. As an important landmark of Sydney, the Queen Victoria Building is a very good shopping mall in the city. It sells mainly clothing of famous brands and designers. Its upper level contains mainly stores selling jewelry and antiques.
