The Cenotaph is a solemn World War One memorial located at the George Street end of Martin Place.
It is located on George St in George Place. If you are in the area, I suggest you take some time to visit the monument. If you happen to be a Sydneysider on Anzac Day, I strongly recommend you to do the dawn service here (please make sure to arrive early as Martin Place will be full soon).
If you are near Martin Place, you may not miss the monument, which is a memorial to veterans of the First World War. If you are there, please walk to one of the back alleys called Angel Place. There is a 3D art installation with an empty bird cage, reminiscent of a bird that has been displaced or extinct due to urbanization.
This monument stands in the center of Sydney, it is particularly majestic and spectacular
