Taihe County is located in the northwest of Anhui Province and is under the jurisdiction of Fuyang City. It is situated in the southernmost part of the Yellow River–Huai River Plain and has very fertile soil. The mint grown here is very well-known. It is said that “Asian mint comes from China and China’s mint comes from Taihe.” Taihe Confucian Temple and Taihe Park are right next to one another. They feature magnificent upturned eaves and have a history lasting over 700 years. Wanshou Mountain and the cherry orchards are among some of the county’s other attractions and are a source of fascination for tourists from both China and abroad.
