The Grand Hotel, once the place where distinguished guests from all over the world stayed in Taiwan during their stay, is equivalent to the State Guest House. Now it is open to the general public. It is fortunate to have a taste of the buffet while visiting this magnificent building with typical Chinese classical style. From a long distance, you can see the Yellow tiled roof, red wall pillars, fine hollow sculptures, shining in the sunshine, walking up the marble ladder railings, where you can see all kinds of intertwined bonsai wonderstones. Details of the use of a considerable number of dragon-shaped sculptures, the whole hotel body up and down, from doors and windows, beams and columns to murals, ceilings, everywhere you can see vivid dragons. The hotel's halls are decorated with luxury and elegance, with colorful beams and red beads. The halls are hung with many paintings and reliefs from famous artists. The restaurant, including the dining place, is really magnificent and shocking.
Yuanshan Hotel is a Chinese style building and decoration momentum, Taipei City View and Yangming Mountain View are all in sight, the staff attitude is kind and conscientious, not far from the city, and there is a free shuttle bus to the subway station. Elite Series City View Room balcony is very large, strongly recommended! The two restaurants in the hotel are old-fashioned flavors of Chinese cuisine. Thank you! Friends who inherit traditional Chinese cuisine and those who like traditional Chinese cuisine strongly suggest that you come to the Grand Hotel to have a taste, which will surely bring you fruits!
High-grade atmosphere!!! But it's not as grand as the mainland. It was the most expensive afternoon tea in history (pictured above), which cost three digits of RMB!! The legendary secret passage needs an appointment to be seen. There's also a buffet, but it's also expensive... There's a free bus to the Yuanshan Hotel. It's on time.
By coincidence, I stayed at the landmark Yuanshan Hotel. Carved beams and painted pillars, all kinds of details are made of classical elements, like being in an ancient court. A strong sense of history. Budget is limited, living in windowless rooms, very tight. However, although the room is small, with all kinds of internal organs and facilities, the toilet can be heated to wash PP, but not yet.
It's worth visiting. The Yuanshan Hotel is still a scenic spot. We ate red bean cakes here. It's really delicious. The hotel itself is also a building boutique. It took a long time to find out the only disadvantage is that we have to wait for the train on the mountain by MRT.
Yuanshan Hotel with Chinese culture is more magnificent than the Palace Museum in Taipei, because the hotel built by Song Meiling is full of her stories and has received countless foreign guests! The grand Yuanshan where the politicians stayed, the balcony outside the room could see 101, which was beyond satisfaction.
This is a place of historical representativeness, witnessing the years and telling about its glorious past. It was a place where Taiwan's politicians met and entertained distinguished guests in the past. It is very worthwhile to visit Taipei without accommodation. You can take the MRT Freshwater Line to Yuanshan Station, choose the exit of MAJI Market, and go straight to the bus stop around the island, and you can find the free Yuanshan Hotel. Crossing the edge bus stop sign, every 15 minutes there is a train to go, the return journey is also in the hotel entrance on the line, very convenient.
Yuanshan Hotel used to have the same status in Taiwan as Diaoyutai State Guest House. Standing high, it can overlook Taipei 101. It was run by Mrs. Jiang's Song Meiling. The Yuanshan Restaurant on the first floor mainly serves Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. Mrs. Jiang's favorite red bean cake is also called Meiling Cake. I ate two large pieces.
A day in advance to make an appointment for visitors only to visit Chiang Kai-shek's once-built secret passage, although it has never been used once and has been well preserved on both sides. If there are groups, it's NT 110 per person worth a look and recommendation.
The hotel has a shuttle bus to the room at the Yuanshan MRT station. Toilet is a flush toilet in Japan! The bathroom is better! There is a safe in the room! It can lock important items if you want to go to the aquatic products, it's very close 120 by taxi for 10 minutes! If you catch up with the hotel discount below 1000 yuan are more recommended to live - room sound insulation is good and quiet!
