The predecessor of Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Industry Park was "Taipei Winery". It was founded in 1916 during the Japanese occupation period. After the restoration, it was taken over by the government and renamed the Taipei Winery Factory of the Taiwan Provincial Monopoly Bureau. On April 1, 1987, the winery was moved to Linkou Industrial Zone, New Taipei City. The old factory was won by artists and is now a venue for performances. The current Huashan Cultural and Creative Park updates various art exhibitions from time to time, and there are many shops that display and sell creative products. Art performance groups are also frequent visitors here. Many delicious restaurants and unique nostalgic taverns have been added to the park, although they have been refurbished, they still retain the characteristics of the old warehouse buildings.
