Chloe Yin.

The Kunde family is a family of kilners from Germany, and at least five generations are kiln craftsmen. Hans Kunde came to China in 1896. He first visited the local soil and minerals in Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, Shandong Province. After that, he started his business here and used local raw materials to produce high-quality and low-cost cement. During the war, Hans has contributed to the industry of Tangshan. Here is the villa where he and his family lived in China. It was presented by Tangshan Fine Cotton Factory. After the Tangshan earthquake that experienced 1976, it still stands. The building is of good quality. Hanh. Kunde's former residence is not just a villa house, but also a German beer garden, a Danish hut, a sunny glass house, an old Tangtao office building and a street shop. Combining the state of China's industry in the early 20th century with the Western technology introduced at that time, I imagined that there was such a residence in Chinese cities 100 years ago, drinking red wine to play the piano, and going to Beidaihe for a leisure time in leisure time. It was something that the Chinese did not dare to think about at the time. Even today, such petty-bourgeois life is a minority.
