The Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden is located on the eastern side of the Big Island and is a species-rich nature reserve. The park has a variety of tropical plants from all over the world. It is a miniature of the tropical jungle and the scenery is spectacular. Walking into the botanical garden, a paved trail extends in the protected area and leads to the middle of the botanical garden. The combination of various landscapes in the park will produce a shocking visual experience, attracting a large number of tourists to take pictures. This beautiful tropical botanical garden is close to the beautiful bay of the Big Island. All the plants in the park are filled with English names, Latin names and country names.
It is a lovely place and a tribute to the positive influence of the Greenwell family on the Big Island
The Hawaiian Tropical Botanical Garden is a beautiful plant that needs a high heat and humidity to grow. Many small animals in the whole botanical garden are also very good. The botanical garden can also see many beautiful flowers.
The tropical botanical garden is right by the sea, the area is not big, many tropical plants, flowers are not many, but there is a feeling of the sea linden, very comfortable, just an hour or two is enough, the sea view is also good
Must see! This is really a magical and spiritual place with a giant assortment(s) of tropical flowers in natural settings. Part jungle, gardens, and oceanfront views. If I only had time to do ONE thing while on this side of the island, I'd do this.
This a fantastic, privately held property, immaculately maintained and beautiful. Paved or raised wooden pathways lead from the headquarters and gift shop through self guided forests. A vast number of palms, flowers and exotics line the paths. Visit a waterfall and one of the prettiest coastal areas.....Onomea Bay.
Privately owned and maintained tropical gardens that spill down to the ocean. The lush grounds are serene and invite lingering.
This is definitely my favorite "go to place". Anytime that I am on the island, I try to go. A wonderful place for taking pictures of all of the beautiful flora.
Set aside half a day to take in all the beauty of this place.
