Chen Zhuling's old house is located at 4 Baoding Road, Heping District, with a special level of historical buildings and a building for office use. Chen Zhuling, a high-profile person from Guangdong Province, graduated from Tianjin Middle and West School in his early years. In 1880, he was introduced by his cousins as Tianjin Guo and Yanghang capital, and was appointed as vice comprador of Tianjin Guo and Yanghang in 1890. Chen Zhuling took part in the construction of Yaohuali, and built a large number of his own property, and formed Yide Yanghang. The old house covers an area of about 1300 square meters, the building area is about 2400 square meters, the mixed structure three-story building, the local two-story, the red tile roof, the outer moat is clear water red brick wall, the door and window opening are many arch form, and the beautiful flower decoration and the window door are installed.
