The 13th Outside the Modern East Wall Street Tour: The Garden Building is located on Dayan North Road in Heping District, built in 1934. The former owner is Yingshang Xiannong Co., Ltd., and the People's Republic of China was established by the Tianjin Economic and Information Technology Committee and the Tianjin Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee. On October 8, 1932, Xiannong Company leased about 10 mu of land from Yingshang Pinghe Foreign Bank. In 1934, the garden building was designed and built on the plot by the British Business Department. The garden building was named because it was located on the east side of the Dalat Road and adjacent to Victoria Gardens. The Garden Building was a high-end apartment building, which was a mixed structure of five floors, with shop rooms on the ground floor of the Daegu Road and more than 200 units on the second to fifth floors. The garden building is mainly an inner corridor, with four stairs and an elevator.
