It is a Muslim Mosque (Temple), made with Chinese Architecture; no domes. Somebody might do mistake considering it as another Confucius Temple. Easily accessible from Metro (Line 1) with small walking or renting a Bi-cycle. They have large ablutions room to clean yourself; also special pots to wash your secret parts. No minaret as commonly seen in Turkey, Malaysia, Bangladesh etc. Two old stands for khutba (addressing place), latest gadgets are connected like sound system, fire extinguishers, also modern lightings. Animals sculptures were seen at the rooftops designs which is uncommon for a Muslim Mosque. Both male and female can offer prayers. Found very less young people offering Jumma Salat (Friday Prayer) which is must to pray together in a week. People were very friendly and helpful. A good place to visit.
For Muslims, it is necessary to look after Tianjin alone. Ordinary travelers are also worth seeing. Inside the plaque are the words of Kangxi Dynasty. There are two mosques across the road. The traffic is very convenient. It's just at the northwest corner of Metro Line 1.
It is the representative of the mosque in Tianjin, with a long history and culture, unique architecture, and an important place for Muslims.
Kindness, simplicity, very good. Only one thing is that when you visit the worship hall, you can see the costumes with national characteristics for tourists to visit and wear. It's not easy for us to come here from Qinghai. We want to wear this costume to take pictures in the hall. We explain the situation and beg to borrow it. Roaring is no good. Looking at people wearing clothes and taking pictures, my heart is really not taste. Ignorance, depression.
It has been several hundred years since the Ming Dynasty when the temple was built. There is also an imperial decree from the emperor. The hall was repaired several times, but it remained as it was. Some Muslim sacred relics and precious cultural relics are also preserved in the temple, which belongs to the mosque directly managed by Tianjin Municipal Committee. I believe that Muslim compatriots who come to Tianjin will come and see it. Non-Muslim compatriots are not allowed to enter the hall. Please turn off the ringing tone when entering the hall.
We stayed near Zhongshan Road and woke up naturally in the morning. After lunch, we took a shuttle bus to the hot spring of Sun Yue Valley across from the building on Lujiang Road. Garden-style open-air hot springs are too enjoyable, with good scenery and air. Of course, hot springs are also great.
Located near Tianjin West Railway Station, with convenient transportation, the largest mosque in Tianjin urban area.
The morning before we left Ningxia, we visited the Chinese Huixiang Cultural Park in Zhongning to systematically understand the Hui people's past and present. Enjoy the original national songs and dances. If you come in the evening, you will be lucky to enjoy the large opera "Helan on the Moon". Unfortunately, we live too far away from there. The architecture of the scenic spot is very national, very atmospheric and beautiful, that is, the fountain that enters the door has not been opened.
