Taiping Zoo and Night Safari ✨We started off on a train ride to get a sense of the layout and subsequently walked to see some animals up close. We went during the day where most animals would be sleeping. Would not mind going back again for the Night Safari option. The Zoo keeper that drive the train was friendly and explaining the animals and their background story through out the 30 minutes round trip in the zoo.The animals had a lot of space and were in their natural environment. Overall, I highly recommend Taiping Zoo to anyone looking for a fun and educational day out with their family. Taiping Zoo and Night SafariFor the price paid, I think its a very good time to spend with family here. Only downside were some areas were closed. Also suggestion to have events throughout the day such as feeding spectacle or something more engaging with visitors. Animals looked like were taken good care of. ZOO TAIPINGSome of the avaries seem a little too small for the occupants but in general this is a very good zoo and well worth a visit. To really experience all of it you will benefit from both day and night visits due to the behaviour of some of the animals. Best to take plenty of insect repellent but the general ambiance of jungle noise is suprisingly good considering how close to the town this is. It is worth walking around as well as taking the free buggy service, you see a lot more of the animals on foot but in the heat of the day the buggy can also be a blessing! We've visited several times now and really enjoyed it. Zoo Taiping, a house of amazing animals.I've visited this zoo a few times already and it never seems to bore me and my kids. This time i can see they are doing a lot of maintenance work to improve visitors' experiences. So of course this is another reason for me to revisit this zoo in few more months. This zoo is pretty huge, so make sure that you wear proper clothes. There are kiosk that sell snack and drinks inside the zoo. There are also trams if you dont want to explore this zoo on foot. I forgot to take pictures at the ticket counter but the ticket price is very affordable. The price for me, husband and our two kids only cost us RM48. The parking space around this zoo is huge as this zoo located around Taman Tasik Taiping. After your visit to the zoo, you can just chill around the park while watching your kids play at the playground. I'm sure going to visit this zoo again in near future.HazwaniHalim7

Wonderful Experience in Taiping ZooIt was so nice to walk around Taiping Zoo. I like the African Savanna the most. Those Giraffes, Zebras, and Elephants were impressive. Upon entrance, I highly recommend to take the tram ride to go one round in the Zoo. This ride will cover all animals and almost all sections. Later, you may walk to the places you want to explore more. There are snacks and ice cream stalls in the Zoo. Must try the Cookies Ice Cream (RM8) and Jumbo Hotdog (RM4), delicious. For kids, there is a playground, even though a bit run down, but still ok and safe to play. If you like to see the animals at night, they have combo tickets for Night Safari, just add a few dollars only. Worth visiting. The oldest zoo in Malaysia : Zoo TaipingMy all time favourite place to visit when I’m in Taiping. Well maintained, well run. The layout makes the flow very easy to follow. It’s a great experience. The lions are spectacular. The enclosures look old, but they still feel safe. We had the pleasure of witnessing the zookeepers feeding the animals. Wouldn’t trade that experience with anything else in the world A bit disappointing because many of the cages were under maintenance, there were no animal present. Almost 30 to 40 percent empty. The google maps show 8 am morning time but zoo opens at 8 30. Tram ride included in ticket . The tram drivers in the morning will take up late and hence you need to wait more to be able to take it. The best way is to take a whole trip of tram first to see areas of interest and then take a walking tour. Spend more time between 9 to 11 as it is their feeding time.Farah Asyikin7

Terdapat pelbagai haiwan yg hidup bebas didalam zoo..sangat menarik untuk kanak-kanak dan juga dewasa..harga tiket bg dewasa RM16, kanak-kanak Rm8..sangat berbaloi.
Sesuai untuk bawa anak-anak. Ada beberapa bahagian sedang ditambah baik.
