Caretta's Tidal Observatory has only one side to visit, but it's free. SKY RESTAURANT, located on the 4647 floor, has to go in for dinner to enjoy the night view. Here you can see the Tokyo Tower, Ginza, the construction market, the Hamakiya Palace and the Rainbow Bridge on the platform.
