The menu provided by ALO is excellent, satisfying different tastes. The service is in place and attention to detail is perfect. After the meal, the hotel manager provided us with a bar counter and a cocktail to complete the dinner perfectly. It was a perfect dining experience and my friends and I were very happy.
I booked this restaurant two weeks in advance. The dishes inside can be described as exquisite. Everyone serves one person, one bite for one dish, similar to Japanese kaiseki cuisine, and the service is also in place.
Alo is really a great French restaurant in Toronto. First of all, if you want to order the full menu, you must remember to make an appointment. The restaurant is on the third floor. It is not particularly easy to find. The service is really good. Canadians really feel better than The Americans are more enthusiastic and don’t know why. Starting from standing there, the bartender ran to ask us what we want to drink. When the supervisor came over to make jokes from time to time, the receptionist at the door helped us press the elevator and gave us a joke. We leave. The taste of dishes, two words: delicious. The menu has always been different, so the recommended dishes are all the dishes on the menu. Because it is French cuisine, there are not many dishes. There is no problem with eating eight or nine dishes for two people. The price is relatively affordable compared to the taste. Because of Canada It seems that there is no Michelin review. I personally think this restaurant is Michelin-level. As for the several-star level, have you reviewed yourself?
The tasting menu here allows you to taste almost the most signature cuisine of the entire restaurant in one meal. And the whole restaurant is exquisite to every detail, whether it is dishes or interior decoration, it is worth the price in minutes.
Reservations after two months of opening every morning are really slow. No side bar does not need to be booked, but there is no tasting menu. There is a semi-open kitchen where you can see the chefs busy. The overall experience is not amazing, just ordinary It’s delicious. The appetizer of Hokkaido scallops and sea urchins is not particularly fresh. My favorite is the homemade pain au lait milk meal bag. The tissue can be drawn, with a touch of milk, and the soup is really delicious.
