Toronto is a very suitable city for walking, because every street may accidentally find many angles and scenery worth taking pictures. I found St. James’s Church by accident while walking around in the courtyard, and took a picture around it.

The Cathedral Church of St James belongs to the Anglican Church. It is the second tallest church in North America and the oldest church in Toronto. The Queen of England also worships here in Toronto. The main body of the cathedral was completed in 1844 and opened to the public in 1853 after several reconstructions. It was the largest building in Toronto at the time, and it is now listed as a cultural relic in Canada.

A father and daughter were resting in the small garden in front of the church. Moon and I were also strolling in it. A group of birds flew to our feet to look for food like chickens. Those little birds never seem to know that they are afraid of people. When I took this camera to take pictures continuously, it only focused on eating food sprinkled by the moon. Walking into St. James's Church is a sense of lofty, spaciousness and relatively simple design. The wall is creamy white, simple and generous, the columns and brick vaults on both sides of the hall are beautiful and firm, and the overall structure gives people a harmonious formal beauty. The most impressive thing inside the church is the stained glass that can be seen everywhere. The glass is painted with works reflecting biblical stories such as "The Last Supper". When natural light flows through the stained glass and falls into the church, you can feel the heaviness of the church walls and appreciate the beauty of religious light and shadow. When we visited, we happened to encounter a priest holding a ceremony. In order not to disturb them, we just silently admired it. ◤Precautions◢‼ ️The northern section of Church Street is a very famous gay neighborhood in Toronto. This area is also known as Toronto's "Gay Village". The entire aura is completely different from the church district to the south. It is feasting and flamboyant, with rainbow flags (a flag for gays) floating everywhere. ‼ ️St. Lawrence Market is also not far away! ‼ ️Gay Parade Date: At the end of June and early July is the largest gay parade in North America.
The interior of the church is full of stained glass windows. When the sun shines on the church through the stained glass windows, you can feel the heaviness of the church walls, and the reflected light and shadow express the religious sacredness. St. James’s Church is an Anglican church, the second tallest church in North America and the oldest church in Toronto. The Queen of England also worships here when she visits Toronto. Today is Monday, and there are not many worshippers. The old priests and faithful in white robes only pray in the side room.
St. James's Church is also a very large place. The facilities of this church are also very sound. There are free toilets to use. The internal visits need to be quiet and many exquisite buildings can be seen.
