What people are saying:

This is a real post office so don't expect it to be a big museum. But if you have time and happen to pass by, please go in and spend a few minutes, write a letter with the appropriate ink and paper, seal it with wax and send it to your family. I think it is worth it!

    Worth Visiting

As the name suggests, it is Toronto’s First Post Office and is functional even today. It is located in the historic St. Lawrence district. It has a museum inside which is worth visiting. Certainly wou...

    Tiny, but great!

We had a quick but fun stop here. You can learn about the history of the building and can write your own letters like the 17th century. Very friendly and helpfull staff!

You blink and you missed it.

I find this place is interesting and I like how you can get your hands on with writing with quill and ink. It is harder than it looks. You get to send the post afterwards. Friendly postmistress. It i...

Quaint place to mail your postcards

This is a nice stop. It’s a bit hard to spot at first because it’s just a door. You can buy stamps here before mailing your post. You can also try your hand at writing using a quill!
