The wooden church of Lom Lom (Stave Church) was built in 1160 and expanded westward in the 17th century to the cross ear hall for the sacrament collection, so the spire you see is not in the center, and the four small spires surrounded by the huge spire are added to the medieval period. It is a three-story wooden church decorated with baroque wood carvings and a large collection of paintings from the first half of the 18th century. Since Lom is the center of the busy East-West crossing, Lom is the religious center of the area.
