I&rsquo;m so full of going to places where people are so full of themselves! And I mean the staff (and most of all the owners). This place would be cool in &lsquo;95!

I decided on a last minute overnight to Trieste and found a reservation for this place on The Fork. I must say, I found the staff and environment lovely! The appetizer (potato and asparagus flan) was superb and so unique. The bread offered meant I got to eat every last bite. I literally cleaned my plate. My main course was the duck breast with a brandy and orange sauce and while the duck was cooked to my preference, I found it lacking in the seasoning and sauce. I felt like I was searching for orange or brandy which made it all a little bland. As a side, I ordered grilled zucchini and while the grill was good, it was again lacking a bit of seasoning. I added a little olive oil and salt and it was delicious. Finally, not that I needed it, I ordered the molten lava chocolate cake. It was amazing but I had definitely ordered too much food and couldn&rsquo;t finish it all. The wine selection is extensive and the team knew how to pair properly. I enjoyed my meal and would consider another dinner there!

Food was decent but service was disappointing. Long periods where no one was around. Dropped off wine list but never came back to take order until the food arrived 20 minutes later.

The restaurant was very nicely decorated, the vibe was really cozy and most importantly: the food was delicious! We would definitely recommend paying Pep&#39;s fish house a visit😊

La nota di fastidio ha riguardato i 3,50&euro; di coperto, perch&eacute; se mi viene chiesto di pagarlo cos&igrave; tanto mi aspetto quanto meno di: 1. non tremare dal freddo mentre mangio,2. avere almeno una fetta di pane, e non delle gallette di riso confezionate insapori, dopo aver anche avvisato al momento della prenotazione che ero intollerante al glutine, esigenza del cliente che nel 2022 non pu&ograve; essere ignorata, visto che non &egrave; una scelta.Peccato, basterebbe davvero cos&igrave; poco.Complessivamente discreto
