The St. Shabbat Rice Factory Concentration Camp, located in the center of Trieste, is a concentration camp where Nazi Germany slaughtered Jews during World War II. The camp building is a brick-red old factory building. It is now open to the public as a World War II memorial and is free to visit.
I went to the concentration camp on a rainy day. It felt really bad. Looking at the gas chamber, and the pairs of shoes. There are also the stones demolished in the concentration camp and the previous drainage ditch. It really makes people feel heavy. The Second World War brought too much pain. Both physically and mentally
The only Nazi concentration camp in Italy. This building was originally a rice factory and became a concentration camp during the war!
