Along the north wing colonnade, security checks are free to enter. It is truly a magnificent building, the gods are central, the frescoes and reliefs are gorgeous, and the dome's light intake into the interior of the church has a strong beaming effect.

The most outstanding Renaissance architecture and the largest church in the world, the most sacred site of the Catholic Church. Arrived before 9 am in the morning, want to go into the church and look carefully, the result is because it is a double holiday, the early morning tourists have queued up for almost a week around the square, can only give up and pat outside ......
The most magnificent church in the world. The interior is even more splendid, with countless fine stone frescoes and sculptures in sight, breathtaking, and the church and decoration itself can be said to be a great artwork. The three most not to be missed are Michelangelo's sculpture of "Memorial to Christ", the "Holy Sacrament", the magnificent dome of the church and the bronze canopy of Bernini.
I will recommend pre buying Skip the line tickets so you don't spend a huge amount of time in the queue. What I did was to buy the audio guide. All you need is to either pre buy it or buy the access on the spot. You will need to download the app, put your access code, download the audio guide and bring your own headphones. If you don't bring headphones, that's fine too, you can get a pair for 1 euro from the Basilica.
St.Peter’s is the world’s largest Basilica of Christianity, nested into the heart of the Vatican city. It was consecrated in 1626. The positioning of most of the interior furnishing of the Basilica was assigned to Bernini by his untiring pope Urbano VIII Barberini. Inside the Basilica are numerous and priceless art pieces kept in the 45 altars and 11 chapels.
Indescribably beautiful and absolutely a must see. I went in the middle of summer and it was extremely hot so the largest downside in my experience was the modest clothing requirement. Unfortunately it was just too hot to hike to the top of the dome.
One of the largest churches in the world, and from what I understand, one of the largest rooms per square volume. The Basilica is astonishing. It's full of work from the masters and a feast for the eyes.
The largest Catholic Church is the world, all others are held to its standard. Touch the feet of St. Peter's statue for good luck. Look to this amazing achievement in architecture to as a tribute to God.
