Arno River

The Arno River is the largest and most famous river in central Italy, originating in the Apennines, and the Arno River runs through the famous Florence and Pisa. The river has often flooded both cities in history, most recently in 1966.

In addition to the Tiber River, this is the most important river in central Italy, which runs through the old city of Florence, the mother river of the city. It flows very peacefully, and the old bridge on the river is a famous landmark building.

Walking along the quiet Arnold River is a very pleasant thing. Especially at sunset, the color of the sky changes a little bit as the sun goes west, and the gentle Arnold River complements it, and the beauty is like a painting.

The Arno River is an important river in the middle of Italy. Florence is situated on the banks of the Arno River. Many bridges have been built on the river. Walking along the footpaths along the river, you can enjoy many bridges along the way, including old bridges. Every evening, both sides of the river are crowded with photographers, old bridges with vicissitudes of life, standing quietly in the river, gently looking at rosy clouds, Florence, such an ordinary evening, it is beautiful like a dream.

The Arno River is quiet. An old bridge crosses the Arno River. The old bridge (Italian: Ponte Vecchio) is a medieval stone arch bridge in Florence. Until now, shops still exist. The shops on the bridge were originally meat shops, but now jewelry shops and souvenir shops are the majority. During World War II, when the German army withdrew from Florence, Adolf Hitler ordered his troops to bypass it in order to show respect for the protection and art of the building. Now, the old bridge is also considered to be the oldest stone closed arch bridge in Italy.

The Arnault River divides Florence into two parts and is connected by ten ancient bridges, the most famous of which is the Old Bridge of Vitgio, as well as the Holy Trinity Bridge, the Bridge of Griez. The square of Michelangelo is a great place to enjoy the Arnault River and the Old Bridge.
