    Unless you really like boats, and going through locks, seeing the villas is more efficiently done by car

    Departed by 1 way boat tour at 9AM and arrived in Padua by 5:30 PM. Had to take bus back to Venice on my own. Boat stopped at 3 mansions, with not enough time to fully view the final and largest one....
