Nice restaurant, this is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Madrid in a month, the decoration style in the store is very elegant, very in line with the public, the service is warm and thoughtful, the goose and custard are surprisingly delicious, very fragrant, the milk is very strong, and the store is happy to accept our suggestions.

A restaurant worth visiting, I tried many different restaurants during a month-long trip to Europe, including Michelin-starred hotels but this one is my favorite, caramel cheese, Menbriel jam, fish, foie gras and all the dishes taste and are excellent.

Lousy sushi place, however cheap, if that&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;re looking for.

A bit disappointing.  Service was slow, there was an error in the bill and it was awfully noisy.

Food declined a bit from previous visit.The Toro tuna was not as high quality as the last time. Too noisy and the service was below average due to two new people helping us that did not know what to do&hellip;.

We enjoyed a nice dinner in this cozy restaurant. We liked a lot the gyozas, the duck dumplings and the main dishes too.

My second visit to this restaurant was as satisfying and impressed as I was when I first came here a few months ago. Everything here makes you happy: the foremen and main courses are similar. The quality food is simple but dignified. I love the table in front of the open kitchen area where you can see the food preparation, everything is so elegant and the design is perfect. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and comfortable, you can speak your mind. There is also a good idea here that is serving semi-refrigerated ice cream, not too cold and very smooth: present its best taste! Thanks to the chef here, MARIO VALLES!! I hope to visit again soon.

The Hortensio restaurant has delicious food and a comfortable atmosphere. The waiters are attentive and friendly. There are specially designed foods on the menu that can bring guests a trip to Spanish cuisine. We ate a delicious clear broth, foie gras sauce and Italian stew, followed by delicious black stew and raw beef slices, which melted as soon as they were put in their mouths. The main course was squid, pigeons and lamb. I chose lamb, wood-burned, and red wine, which was delicious. My companion asked for squid, and melted squid juice, the softest squid I have ever had. We ended up with Italian cream pastries and ended up with this wonderful dinner. There are also many options for red wine. This hotel is perfect for business dining or dating.

Initially emailed to ask if they were open in the New Year (they are not open in the New Year, but they are open until December 30!) for dessert, we enjoyed all aspects of the meal. I was impressed that the chef responded to my email within a few hours and arranged a location for us to book. Staff were friendly, helpful and unpretentious. The food was delicious. We didn&rsquo;t order anything bold and the menu was very interesting so we chose smoked eggs, kale salad, beef and chocolate cake, every dish was great. The atmosphere was great. We think it was the best meal we had in Madrid and the price was very reasonable, we highly recommend!
