The Emerald Buddha Temple is next to the Prime Minister's Mansion, and 100 meters from the right hand side facing the Prime Minister's Mansion is the Jade Buddha Temple. The courtyard is small, very quiet, simple and quiet. Worth visitingMore
This is one of the outstanding sights of Vientiane. It is no longer an active temple but rather a kind of museum. Inside the wat is an exhibition of Buddha figures. Especially after the recent renovation, the resort looks really grand and spreads a very nice atmosphere.
The Haw Phra Kaew is found on the intersection of Setthathirath road and Mahasot road next to the Presidential Palace and across the street from the Wat Si Saket in the old center of Vientiane. It is within walking distance from many of the town’s sights.very nice place to visit.
One of the city’s better temples, Ho Phra Keo is the only part of the old royal palace that has survived. It's named after the Emerald Buddha that used to be housed here, but this is no longer present as it was relocated to Bangkok. However, the temple is still worth a visit and has several nice Buddhist artefacts. For its history alone, it's definitely worth popping in to.
