The museum is beautiful. A must-go for every Van Gogh admirer. It's easy to find. The tram station is right across the street. The museum itself is rather spacious, so even with many people around, we had no problem moving around.
Amazing museum, such a good experience to see well-known paintings. Definitely buy your tickets in advance, as they had sold out the day we visited and we wouldn't have been able to get in otherwise.
It is worth seeing. As we said, less than Van Gogh Art Museum is equivalent to not going to Amsterdam (Netherlands). In one of the most important areas of Amsterdam's museums, there is a heavy Dutch National Museum opposite, and there are also small museums such as Moco M. Diamond M.. A life line of Van Gogh will be clearly displayed in front of you as his paintings, and the sunflower will also be seen, every year every painting will tell Van Gogh's life information, in the painting of 1889 you will see twists and gray, Around 1885 you will see bright and bright... The cabinet I saw should be yellow pear wood...
Not only are most of Van Gogh's works, but also the wonderful works of painters of his time such as Gaugin, Cézanne, and Redon. There is a huge digital screen in the museum, which presents the details of Van Gogh's picture.
i love everything van gogh! this was particularly special for me seeing van gogh's works on display. you get to know the artist himself, his life, his family, even his early works, they all show his journey as an artist. must see when you are in amsterdam for sure, even if you are not an art lover.
This is a great art museums. Pre booking of tickets highly advised. The buildings are huge and splendid to see. Audio tours are amazing to listen to stories while enjoying the art. There is a good cafe which serves fresh food. It also has big shop and a book store. Highly recommended!
