What people are saying:

The back beach of Vung Tau is also called Whale Beach. There are many whale-related places in Vung Tau, whale temple, whale island and so on. This is like a coastal promenade, with a slight layer of motor oil in the beach water. In the evening, many citizens entertained on the waterfront square.

2-3 hours from Saigon makes it a bit of a way to go for what it is. We spent 4 nights there which was good as it was a much needed break. There is not a lot to do there but it was great to sit by th...

    Great at night

Comes alive at night with people playing sports and exercising. Quieter during the day. The statues scattered through the park our interesting. Plenty of fishing boats and a swimming area.
