New Zealand lakes are a major feature of this country. And the lake is very beautiful regardless of its size. From the clear and deep color of the lake to the natural background of the lake, there are swans and wild ducks that dot the lake.
Amway is a super-large and super beautiful park in New Zealand. On the last day in New Zealand, my girlfriend and I plan to go to a park near the hotel where we stayed. After we arrived, we discovered that this park is really big, and we regret not having come here for a walk every night before. You can also feed the little ducks and the little swans here! It feels very comfortable to walk around here. As soon as we came in, we saw a sculpture, and there was a sign next to it. In the sign, I saw a super large lake, which took up almost 1/2 of the entire park. So, our first thing is to find this lake! Then we went to this lake. My girlfriends and I saw a lot of swans, but most of them are black swans, which are also quite beautiful. Then we bought some feed from a nearby store. We fed the swans. We just grab a handful. A large group of swans came to us by mail, which still felt quite interesting. After feeding the swans, we went to a nearby flower room to take a look. The flower room here is really big, and there are many of them that I can’t name. When we were leaving, my girlfriend and I were here Bought a pot of flowers back to the hotel. TIPS1. Attraction address: Great North Road, Wanganui 2. Opening hours: 6 in the morning to 7:30 in the evening
A really lovely attraction for Wanganui. I had never previously visited this park and it was quite a revelation. So many parks in NZ are spoiled by councils 'over structuring'and formalising them and...
If your are interested in a 30 minutes walk while watching beautiful scenery and duck and duckling, this location is highly recommended.
Lovely place to visit. About 45 mins round the lake and great aviary too. Worth the visit. Nice to see the swans ducklings and nesting herons as well
Was a quick visit with my wife and I with a little spare time. A nice lake, with swans and ducks which were very friendly so must be well fed by visitors! Plenty of parking available during the week.
Nice park but a bit underwhelming. Some lovely water fowl and trees. Not many flowers or bedded gardens. Easy access for older people and a very handy location for a picnic.
