We had two great dinners. Edwin was an amazing waiter - very knowledgeable about the food and wine and helped us strike the perfect balance between concentration and caution! The fish dishes were delicious. We missed the oysters as the weather reduced the usual supply - if you know you want some oysters, you can ring the bell in advance to save you some!
