The Red 13th Army's headquarters on the 1st site is located in Wuchi Township Wuchi Village, about 6 kilometers away from Yantou Village. On April 15, 1930, the Central Military Commission of the CPC proposed to launch a local uprising in southern Zhejiang and establish the Red 13th Army. On May 9 (April 11 of the lunar calendar), the 13th Army of the Red Army of China was officially announced, and the military department was located in the four-fentang of Wuchi Village, Yongjia County. On the hillside of the military department (seventy or eighty meters south of the Japanese site), there are the Red 13th Army Monument, ten meters high, and the 13th Army Monument of the Red Army of China, written by General Zhang Aiqi, 13 bright gold characters, engraved on the bluestone of the monument. The former site of the Red 13th Army Department of the Hu's four-bedroom ancestral residence, is a five-two-in, left and right corridors, hanging mountain tops, courtyard-style wooden buildings, built in Qinghui Zheng six years (1728). In May 1930, the southern Zhejiang Red Army guerrillas officially formed the 13th Army of the Workers and Peasants Red Army. The army commander Hu Gongmian and the political committee Jin Guanzhen were officially formed. Chen Wenjie, director of the Department of Political Affairs, is located here, and the military department is based on the nearby mountainous areas.
