The Wenzhou Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall is located at the abandoned site of the original Pujixiangyuan on Jiangxinyu, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The museum covers an area of 3190 square meters, and the garden is facing south. The building is divided into three levels: gate, monument and memorial hall and two spaces. The monument body of the memorial hall is veneered with granite stone, 15 meters high, and looks like two sharp swords piercing the blue sky from a distance. In the center above the monument, there is a five-pointed red star inlaid, symbolizing that the Red Army and the Red Army advance division are revolutionary armed forces under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. The side of the monument is veneered with white marble produced in Fangshan, Beijing, and the front is engraved with Mao Zedong’s handwritten "Sacrifice for the country and immortality"; the eastern and western sides reflect the revolutionary hero images of the Red 13th Army ("The Storm") and the Red Army's advancing division ("Victory Transfer") Relief, part of the ashes of Su Yu and Hu Gongmian, commander of the Red 13th Army, are placed under the relief. The memorial hall is 28 meters long and 12 meters wide. It is a two-story Xieshan top antique building. There is a circular corridor on the second floor, which is divided into three exhibition halls and a reception hall. Above the gate of the memorial hall is the inscribed "Wenzhou Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall" by Sha Menghai.
