There is tiger, tasmanian devils (always sleeping), seals, meercats, giraffes, alpacas, free running chickens, sleepy kangaroos and koalas etc. Access to the zoo is easy, just catch a ferry at the pier, we got from pier 26 caption cook cruises. regular enough that you dont have to prebook.
