大元路24号的【聪辉同安封肉】，自从第一次来吃被正宗淳朴的同安封肉吸引，陆陆续续已经来过五六次，不过约酒局倒是第一次。好肉配好酒嘛~没毛病，虽说聪辉的环境一直是个槽点，但美食美酒撑场子，环境算个毛！&nbsp;饭点时分，面积并不大的楼上楼下挤满了各种口音的食客，有惺惺相惜的情侣，携老带小的一家人，甚至有五十来岁的中年抠脚大叔，独自一人在桌后翘脚抖腿，桌面摆几小盘下酒好菜，晃着酒杯，不亦乐乎。我拍了好几张特写居然毫无知觉，不过照片嘛~就不贴在这里了。&nbsp;我们八人照旧入座二楼唯一的大桌，饭菜未上，酒水先行！红酒洋酒鸡尾酒，看着就&hellip;&hellip;有点开心啊&hellip;&hellip;&nbsp;下酒菜先走一波，这干煎鱼煎的恰到好处，一般很容易做得过咸，但这鱼的咸度和鲜度都在无可挑剔的水准。微微焦脆的鱼皮有小时候的味道，搛一小撮细嫩的鱼肉，抿一口红酒，回味悠长。&nbsp;清蒸小青龙虾，肉质十分紧实弹牙，下面铺满了入味的的粉丝，虾膏流进粉丝再拌着一些酱汁，味最美，周边搭配的木耳略显淡口了一些，不过口感是很令人欢喜的柔软和爽脆。&nbsp;香菜拌猪腰，也是我很爱的一道。猪腰切花后烫熟热拌，口感非常柔嫩，浸足汤汁裹点香菜一起入口更加惹味。&nbsp;来聪辉不得不点的同安封肉，因为点了不少其他菜所以只叫了小份，为了方便食用直接吩咐厨房切成小块，七肥三瘦的比例，瘦肉不柴，肥肉不腻，大口吃肉，大口灌酒，就是要这么爽快！&nbsp;封肉已上，最不能缺的就是米饭咯，我们另外加点了紫菜饭，顶部均匀铺满厚厚一层酥脆的肉松，饭粒的粘软中偶感紫菜的脆爽，再拌进肉松，重口食客浇点封肉汤汁，完美喔~&nbsp;十分经典的同安炖宴，干贝、沙虫干、肉末、马蹄等多种配菜加进蛋中，火候刚刚好，口感娇嫩顺滑，葱油和胡椒调味更是锦上添花。&nbsp;同安桂花炒，花菜、鸡蛋和桂花是主料，没有加过重的调味料，吃起来十分清爽，感觉用厦门春卷皮包起来吃会更爽！&nbsp;同安四物乌鸡汤，整整一只超大乌鸡，汤非常浓郁粘稠，甚至喝完之后重新加进白开水煮第二锅，味道也不算淡&nbsp;铁板青椒肉筋，最爱的是肉筋趁热食微微粘质的口感。
