Photos of Jimeixue Village

Jimeixue Village is located in the Jimei Tourism Area, north of Xiamen Special Economic Zone. Showcasing the typical style of ethnic Fujianese people's ancestral hometowns, the buildings all combine Chinese and western architectural style. Among these are the very beautiful Longzhou Pond and the nearby Jimei Middle School. The academic atmosphere on the campus is sure to remind visitors of schooldays past. Also worth seeing is Kah Kee Park—the place where Mr. Tan Kah Kee is buried. In addition to his gravesite, there are also 15 bas relief carvings engraved with the story of his life.
