After a four night stay in Ubud, I headed to my final destination: Legione. After a 25-minute drive, my driver took me to Kmena Butterfly Park. Tickets were Rs 100,000, including free drinks and insurance. It was cloudy and showery and the park gave me an umbrella so I could walk in the garden without getting soaked. In my opinion, the park itself cannot compare to a park in Malaysia, as there are fewer than 15 species of butterflies (a bit small). Walking along a winding path, I saw colorful butterflies either flying leisurely or simply resting on the leaves, really inactive; the only exception was sea anemones. The most amazing place in the garden should be the cockroach/cup, a breeding ground for larvae. The moths and caterpillars hang in cages of wire fences. On request, staff carefully place them on the palms or clothes of guests to allow visitors to take pictures. In addition to the Gasebo restaurant, Kupu-Kupu Resto, souvenir shop, fish pond, Dewi Saraswati statue, small shop, shrine and park monument, the nearby green rice fields also played a good role. This attraction is very good! It is worth visiting!
