Weiling Park (Southeast Gate)

Weiling Park is located in the north of Luohu District, Shenzhen, with Buji Street in the north and Buji Customs in the west, with a planned area of 87 hectares. The landform is dominated by low mountains and hills, and the vegetation is dominated by artificial forest and undergrowth evergreen broad-leaved forest. There are 6 peaks, of which the main peak is 186.5m high. There are many small peaks in the surrounding mountains, some of which are stacked with peaks and peaks, and there are two streams. The mountain plants are lush, and there are 505 species of wild vascular plants in 131 families, 344 genera and 505 species. In 2002, with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, it was determined to build Weiling Park into a "municipal open ecological park located on the edge of the special zone for tourists' leisure, entertainment, fitness and viewing". At present, the park is still in the undeveloped stage as a whole, and the landscape resources have not been comprehensively planned. In the future, the park will be planned and constructed with the natural mountains and valleys as the skeleton, and the natural landscape and natural ecological environment formed by scenic forests and wild plant communities as the characteristics.
