Bairen Reach is located in the lower reaches of the Wenlan River, in a stretch of water filled with strangely shaped rocks. The riverbed at Bairen Beach is twisting, with quickly flowing water. Where it meets the rocks, a small waterfall is formed, with a white spray shooting into the air. Here, the sound of the rushing water is very loud, and can even be heard as far away as Lingao County, where it is famously called "The Voice of Bairen Beach".
