About Yangon

Although no longer the capital of Myanmar, Yangon remains Myanmar's largest and most commercially important city, with a population of 5 million. Since 2010, the city has undergone rapid development and real estate prices have skyrocketed, as both local and foreign investors scramble to take a foothold here. However, shantytowns still remain around the city. Downtown is a bustling core of market streets and motorbike traffic. Travelers will enjoy eating street food like mohinga, the national dish, and chatting with the supremely friendly local residents. The Shwedagon Pagoda is the top site in town, attracting both tourists and pilgrims from around the world. the best places to stay in town, look no further than The Strand and Traders Hotel Yangon.

After 2,500 years of stupa, the first stop of the world
Yangon is the Shwedagon Pagoda. The Burmese is called the Rui Daguang Tower. The tower is located on the holy mountain at an altitude of 51 meters. It is said to be the highest in Yangon. At the office. The whole tower is 112 meters high, and the whole tower is covered with gold, shining and bright.

was built in 585 BC. It is said that two Burmese brothers who went to India to take back the relics of eight Buddha Sakyamuni, dedicated to the king, was in place. King Ogaraba ordered the construction of this golden pagoda to cherish Buddha's hair. There are 4 middle towers and 64 small towers next to the tower, sharing more than 7 tons of gold! On the golden umbrella at the top of the tower, there are 1065 golden bells and 420 silver bells. The upper end is covered with pure gold foil and the top is set with 5448 diamonds and 2000 stones.

This stupa has four entrances to the north and south. The south gate is the main entrance and an elevator is installed for visitors to use. There is a charge for this temple. There is a place for shoes at the entrance. If you wear short skirts and shorts, you need to wear "cage" or "Termin" here.

Arriving at the Shwedagon Pagoda is already coming when the night is coming. The time of Yangon is at six o'clock, and the blue sky and the golden pagoda are in harmony. The beauty is inexplicable. In Myanmar, water represents peace, flowers represent beauty, candles represent wisdom, fruits represent wealth, and girls send flowers and pray for beautiful hearts and faces.

is about 400 meters a week, walking slowly for about 40 minutes, it takes about an hour to walk while shooting, and in the evening, there are many people who come here to worship.
