Little Sheep (Dutch: Het Jonge Schaap, English: The Young Sheep), is the name of a windmill sawmill in Zaanse Anse Windmill Village; the windmill is a wooden windmill with a hexagonal body and uses wind as its power source .
The original factory was built in 1680 and demolished in 1942; in 2007, the two existing windmills "De Zoeker" and "De Bonte Hen" in Fengche Village were modeled after the original factory's drawings This small sheep windmill workshop was built, and the drawings were drawn by Anton Shipman. Little Sheep became the youngest member of Fengche Village.
The little sheep lives in: Kalverringdijk 31A, 1509 BT Zaandam.
Little Sheep is open to the public to visit the interior from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm every day.
Zaanse Anse Windmill Village is an ancient village located 15 kilometers north of Amsterdam. As one of the main tourist resources in the Netherlands today, Windmill Village is an open natural museum with residents.
From Amsterdam city center to Kinderdijk, you can take the Sanjiu No. 1 bus to the Zaans Museum-Zaanse Schans stop and walk into the village.
On the lakeside of Windmill Village, there are five windmill workshops lined up by the shore: Pulenburg wearing a crown, cat, seeker, lamb, and bull.
The little sheep clings to the seeker, and the two look closer, as if they are married.
I don’t know if the designers and builders have an attempt to "lalang". Some people say that the seeker is a symbol of courage and perseverance, and the little sheep is a symbol of gentleness and patience.
Perhaps the perfect harmony between emotion and life is the confrontation and compatibility of the two, such as wind and windmill, windmill and workshop, workshop and flowing water... and even the balance between heaven and earth, you and me.
It's endless, clear at a glance, everything is fine.
The city with windmills everywhere is very beautiful because it is a rare existence in itself, but it is everywhere here.
The air quality is good, the scenery is beautiful, and there are many beautiful windmills
