Mount Wu is situated within the borders of Hongxing and Jinxing Townships in Zhao'an County, Fujian Province. These two townships are known as the "birthplace of Chinese painting" and the "birthplace of Chinese Greengage". The main attractions include the man-made forest, natural forest, and firewood forest, which creates a stunning visual effect together. The natural scenery of Mount Wu is unique and has a lot cultural substance. It is also filled with Red Culture, as it was a place where the Red Army guerrilla fighters lived and developed. It was a tough, unwavering revolutionary base in Southern China.
