Daqiao National Grusnigricollis Natural Reserve

Nianhu is a black-necked crane nature reserve at the junction of Daqiao Township and Zhaotong in Huize County, Qujing City. It was originally a humble township in the Yunnan Plateau. A name with a characteristic of the times, called "Yuejin Reservoir", also known as "Nianhu". The formation of this plateau lake has changed the local climate and resource environment. Around November of each year, a large number of black-necked cranes and spotted moths fly here to overwinter until March of the following year.

The National Black-necked Crane Nature Reserve of the Bridge is rich in birds, more than the birds of Qinghai Lake Bird Island. The parking lot of the reserve is about 1 km to the Guanhe Dike. The Guanhe Dike passes through the lake, and there is a bridge connecting the lake in the middle. The crane embankment is also a rural road. There are some islands and trees on the right side of the embankment. Birds are resting on the island at night. More birds are spotted scorpion, Chimae duck. I only see about 30 black-necked cranes, and there are several other birds. The embankment is about 100 meters away from the bird resting place. Please bring a telescope for bird watching and take more than 700 long focus.

Nianhu is the Bridge Black Neck Crane Reserve. In Yangmei Mountain Village, the entrance is under a slope on the side of the road. Self-driving cars can be driven to the free parking lot, and then register, pay a deposit of 20 yuan, and give an entry badge. From the parking lot to Guanhe Road for about 10 minutes, Guanhe Road is 1000 meters long, two sides are the lake, there is a bridge in the middle, the island on the right is the black-necked crane habitat, the island is 30 meters away from Guanhe Road, bird watching is here. If you want to play birds, please bring more than 600 long focus, if only bird watching, telescopes are useful. The best time to watch birds is to watch the sunrise and the lake under the mist in the morning, bird watching, and the second is 5 pm, bird watching and then watching the sunset. In winter, the lake is usually foggy, and the trees in the lake are more than enough, and the habitat island of the red-crowned crane is basically invisible. Only some birds swim in the lake, luckily you can photograph the lake in the fog. The fog disperses around ten o'clock in the morning. When I walked back, I found that there were many Chimae ducks on the lake beach on the right. The lens range was not enough, so I gently approached the duck group for more than 10 meters, which can be melee, and took some bird photos that I was satisfied with. The water of Nianhu Lake in the sun is blue, the birds are playing in the lake, the red-crowned cranes are idle on the island, and the sunset is around six o'clock. The scenery is very good. In the morning, bird watching, you must wear thick, armed to the nose, it is really cold, especially the hands, there are gloves cover and it is frozen. Nianhu accommodation is recommended to be near or inside the protected area. The inn next to the Daqiao Township Government on Ctrip is in very good condition. It is about 15 minutes' drive from Yangmei Mountain Village. In addition to Yangmei Mountain Village, the location of Nianhu Bird Watching is Lijiawan, etc. There are pictures on the side of the crane. To take a panoramic view of Nianhu in the fog, locals have to take it to the surrounding mountaintops.

The natural scenery is good, every October to April is the place for bird photographers. The local area is basically original ecology.

The management here is very standardized now, all vehicles are placed in the parking lot, and the Black Neck Crane Reserve can only be walked by people, which is very good. And no tickets are charged.

The road has been connected to the 2nd level road. The seasons are clear and the environment is good. It is suitable for moving.
