Located in Zhijiang County, it is one of the largest Mazu temples in the inland. It was built in the thirteenth year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1748). The pavilions in the palace, the eaves and the arches, are broad and solemn. The gate square of Tianhou Palace is 11 meters high and 6.3 meters wide. The male lions on both sides are squatting, the front is surrounded by bluestone carved railings, and there are fifteen steps in the middle. There are 50 bluestone reliefs on the top, bottom, left, and right. The patterns are mostly fish, dragons, phoenix and lions, flowers, plants and trees, gods, ghosts and immortals, with vivid images and clear faces. Above the doorway is inlaid the stone plaque of "Tianhou Palace" in the center. The font is thick and round. The Tianhou Palace covers an area of 3,700 square meters, and the current preservation area is nearly 2,000 square meters. The images of gods, ghosts, people and immortals are vivid and lifelike, and the picture is as clear as before. Or one piece of a classic, or several pieces of a classic. Hua Gong's "Fishing and Woods Singing Harmony" is opposite to "Cultivation and Reading". There are eight side columns, "Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea", "Danfeng Chaoyang", "Er Dragon and Phoenix Pearl", "Lion Rolling Hydrangea", etc., which are carefully carved and hollowed out. Deep, it can be called ingenious workmanship.
